会员6122：细节做得很用心的酒店，小巧别致，总共60多间房，间间都有私汤，房间设计装修很有心，欢迎水果下午茶点心都很好吃，最值得一提的是管家式服务，有问必答高校贴心，特别表扬管家小雯哦。一定要提一点意见的话就是床垫，有一点塌陷，可以考虑检查一下换一换了哦。建议大家一定要住湖景房
会员8847：本次入住非常意外，先说说第一印象吧，刚进酒店本来不是很开心，户外的泳池和温泉池都没开放，来之前打过电话的，说解封了会开，来了问大堂工作人员也告知第二天会开，结果第二天下去，也没开还在清洗……在大堂等了很久，终于等到温泉放水，可是到离店都没开泳池，有点小遗憾。还有晚上半夜1点了不知道哪个房间的住客在划拳……虽然不能怪酒店哈，还是有点影响到我们的心情。但是酒店服务人员的响应速度和服务态度非常专业，管家小雯从一开始的接待到后来一直给我们解决各种疑问，处理各种要求的专业性，让我们感觉非常温馨，所以一定要给小雯点个赞，以后还会经常来，为这家的服务而来。
会员4755：和闺蜜一起出行，定了2个不同的房型，非常棒的酒店，离高铁站5分钟车程，酒店有接送服务，工作人员小娟服务热情，细节考虑周到，下午茶也很丰富，室内室外温泉都很干净，早餐也是点好了送到房间里，牛肉面好吃😊下次还会再来的
会员3069：酒店位置离高跌站很近，酒店专门派了司机来接的，到了酒店，免费做了升级，太感谢了。服务很好，很热情，也很贴心。私汤很出片，室内和室外的温泉也不错啦，还有湿蒸和干蒸房。房间里面很干净，洗手台很有设计感，美中不足的是，房间内没有穿衣镜，到阳台上的门很难打开，桌子比较小，放东西不太方便。总体体验感很不错～
